Shown to help you get fitter faster, these total body high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts consist of intense spurts of action, with short periods of rest time in between.
Various HIIT timing formats are used in combination with specialized equipment to create a thoroughly strength-building and endorphin-boosting experience.
This class is for those who are familiar with HIIT style workouts and who have a basic level of conditioning established. (Not recommended for complete beginners or those dealing with injuries in need of close attention.)

Total body circuit class designed to restore and reconnect with the core, glutes, and pelvic floor during the postpartum journey. This class uses various pieces of equipment along with functional movement patterns and low-impact cardio to strengthen your entire body!
Babies in strollers are welcome, but please keep in mind that workouts last 45 minutes and we do not have babysitters on hand. If your little one is active and needs to move around during class, please be prepared to take extra breaks to keep them close by.
Please just bring your lovely selves, if possible, in order to get the full benefit of the workout.
