    My fitness philosophy is rooted in my curiosity, appreciation, and fascination for the amazing capabilities of the human body.  

    My aim is to take the guesswork and self-judgement out of exercise. By designing workouts that are comprehensive, based in functional movement patterns, and informed by a self-affirming mindset, my priority is to set the stage for you to connect with your power. 

     Whether it is the food you eat, the thoughts you think, or the movements you create, honing your fitness is a personal undertaking that can benefit from the support of others. This is where my role resides.

    Lucienne is not only Pilar’s big sister, exercise buddy, and biggest fan, but she’s also part of the backbone of Fresh Air Fitness! This multi-talented beauty queen is a lover of all things movement-based, with a background in ballet and contemporary, and has worked as an arts non-profit administrator for over a decade. Lucienne contributes everything from exercise suggestions to music playlists, and assists with all things admin.
